Refund policy

We want you to love your SARTORIQUE purchase. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To start a return, contact us at hellosartorique@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: due to hygiene reasons, opened massage head attachments cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty or damaged items are eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of the above.
